I confess...
That when I'm scheduled to work a Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm shift I shouldn't be picking up a 11pm-7am on Saturday night because the 8 hours that I've left myself in between shifts never allow for enough sleep and I end up feeling like I'm ready to kill someone by 7pm on Sunday night without fail, every-single-time.
I confess...
That I haven't had a cigarette since this passed Sunday morning and so far I haven't had a headache or bitten anyones head off. I feel like the only reason I still want one is because I told myself no. I'm such a brat sometimes but that's no reason to give in.
I confess...
That deciding to turn my old glasses into my "at work" glasses because of the knocking around they undergo on a regular basis has led to me not really wearing my new glasses because I don't go anywhere. I need a hobby or something. Maybe I just need to get used to the idea of multiple pairs of glasses. Any suggestions?
I confess...
I haven't worked out in weeks and I feel totally awful about it. I really need to get back into the swing of things but I feel like I have no time which is weird because I'm not really doing anything.
I confess...
I've had a package sitting on my dining room table waiting to go to the post office for almost a month. I have no excuse and I should be flogged.

I wear contacts all day every day, except when I take a break from them and wear my glasses all day. I can't really see without them, so I'm no help.
ReplyDeleteI need to get back on the workout wagon--but I truly don't know when I'd fit it in the schedule.
I'm a complete baby when it comes to my eyes, eye drops terrify me, I can't imagine putting contacts in. I've tried and failed miserably.
DeleteHey, awesome job with the no smoking so far. I with I could find something to give up that would save me 30 dollars in less than a week. Even my coffee habit isn't that bad.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up for Friday Confessional. Have a fabulous weekend!
It's really easy to quit smoking in the winter for me, it's freezing cold outside. If I can resist once it gets warm again it'll be a miracle.
DeleteBRAVO on quitting smoking!
ReplyDeleteWow, a kindred spirit! If it were me, that package would still be there in another month too!
I have plans to take it to the post office tomorrow *fingers crossed*
DeleteWOOHOO on the smoking!! Go Button!!!
ReplyDeleteI hope it sticks this time!
DeleteCONGRATS ON THE SMOKING!! That is amazing news!
ReplyDeleteI have been really bad about working out too and I feel so gross about it. NEXT WEEK.
Yes, next week. *fingers crossed*
DeleteAre you back to yoga? I'm thinking about giving it a try.
Yay! Awesome job not smoking. :)
ReplyDeleteI've got a couple of checks on my dining room table that were meant to be mailed a couple of weeks ago. They may make it to a month, too. Oh well.
I'm so glad I'm not alone in my procrastination! lol
Deletecongrats on the not smoking that's a hard thing to quit so good job
ReplyDeleteIt's really not hard for me to quit during the winter, I do it quite often. I'm just hoping it sticks when the weather gets warm.
DeleteCongrats on not smoking! Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteOne of my really good friends is cigarette free for three years now - he replaced it with exercise. He said he felt so great while he was working out that he didn't even want to smoke. Maybe if you can get back into your workouts, it will help in the warmer months! Good luck!!
That's a GREAT idea, if I'm not huffing and puffing while running I'll probably enjoy it more.
DeleteCongratulations on the smoking. What a great idea for your old glasses.
ReplyDeleteYay for quitting! They really have an app for everything now, don't they?
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the smoking - like everyone else, I admire you! that's a tough one to stop. I can't believe they have an app for that...I love my iphone.
